The trip would have been worthless without the boat trip. The paddle boat of the navy camp picnic spot gave us much more delight & fun. Availability of food is a bit problem. You need bring food from the nearby restaurants and eat them in the boat enjoying the nature.
Kaptai lake is a humongous lake with beautiful natural scenery. We hired a boat and roamed around the lake for a long time at a very low price. It's wonderful to roam in a moonlight night.
You will forget to take pictures when you reach there because you'll be too busy feeling the majestic & soothing nature. What a view! If you get hungry, you can get meal from Jhoom restaurant. They serve quality foods. You can visit Kaptai water power plant, but you need special permission to visit it.
