It was great being able to not only go through the whole amazing grounds but also to the top of the lighthouse to admire the sunset view. The volunteers are all courteous, knowledgable, and quick to approach. I would recommend it to everyone who appreciates culture and beautiful scenery.

In the middle of a beautiful park, there stands a lighthouse. This is considered as one of the oldest lighthouses in USA which opened in 1822. But it was authorized in 1819. Around 5000$ were needed to build this lighthouse at the entrance of the sandusky bay. The marble head light house is located in the marble head isle. It is guided by various ships and boats. Beside the garden there is a sea beach. Both the beauty of park and the beach is eye catching. People who want to spend time in loneliness, this place meets their privacy requirement. Another pleasing object is the lighthouse. The beauty of the sea beach is good enough to make them feel charming. This place is also a great place for visiting with family members who are nature lovers and want to experience natural beauty closely. Even people can pay a visit to this place who love boating, fishing and camping. The amount of the marble head lighthouse is 9 acre. The light house is opened for summer tours.
