What Mustehsan Stella saying about this place:
Arguably the second-best museum I've ever decided to visit. It gives us a glimpse of brutalizing from the lens of a black man and how much it directly impacts him. The exhibits were nicely organized, of the kind that I appreciated. The museum also included videos and multimedia experiences. Slave trade, mass incarceration, and the devastating impact and ramifications on African Americans living at the time were all disheartening discussions.

EditThe Legacy Museum is housed a couple of blocks away from one of America's most conspicuous slave resale sites, but also a minutes' walk from an Alabama dock and rail station where tens of thousands of black folks were sold into slavery during most of the nineteenth century. The Montgomery Civil Rights Memorial and Montgomery's Legacy Monument illuminate regarding this nation's racial unfair treatment.
