Sunset Bay State Park lies in one of the most beautiful routes on the Oregon coast and features beautiful pristine beaches shielded by gigantic sea cliffs. The trailhead, which is only a bit of a walk from the seaside, has tent and camping areas, along with quiet and serene cabins. A public country club is located in close proximity to the park, and the surrounding tiny village of Charleston creates the possibility for fishing, hunting, and boating.

It's an incredibly beautiful beach! There are plenty of sea urchins, anemones, starfish, crabs, snails, cuttlefish, hermit lobsters, oysters, and certain other wild organisms to just see. The scenes are jaw dropping.
