Atia Jame Masjid, a 17th-century masterpiece of Mughal architecture that lies in the village of Atia in Delduar Upazila. Zamindar Sayeed Khan Panni built the mosque in honor of a prominent Sufi saint Shahan Shah Baba. The three arched entrances, kalasa finials and lotus designs, curvilinear cornice, and traditional terracotta make this rectangular mosque one of a kind. This mosque used to be on the Bangladeshi old 10 taka note. A great place to meet history.
