Away from panchagar town around 10 miles, a major lake is arranged at Amarkhana unions prominently known as Maharaja dighi. With the bank, its surface is 800 yards. Consistently Boishakhi reasonably held at the bank of the stream. Many times the presence of the Indian public is likewise seen. Close to the lake, there are many green plants of trees which is extremely dear to all work now.

Maharaja Dighi is a very well known tourist attraction of the sadar upazila of Pancahgarh. This huge pond is mesmerizing to look at and is built under the assistance of local Zamindar. The monumental pond has the size 800x400 yards and 400x200 water around the yard area. Some locals believe that the clear water has a depth of 40 feet. I absolutely loved visiting the pond because the water was so fresh to look at!

Visited the place in 2019 and absolutely fell in love with the water view. Went for a day tour so also took our lunch there in a local restaurant just right beside the dighi. The greenery there seems to be well taken care of and such a place is Panchagarh deserves a visit! 9/10 recommended. There were a few vendors so you can easily eat there and buy snacks too
