Freedom Rides Museum Historical Facts
Freedom Rides building was erected on the site of the historic Greyhound Bus Station. This simple and versatile museum tells the story of the anti-racism monument and marks the protest by the anti-segregation agitators in 1961. The Structure was built in 3000 square feet under the close monitoring of Jim Zwerg in 2011 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of its tragic event revolt in which 21 young students mostly under the age of 21 participated with unity, moral fortitude, and harmony.
