Lithia Park is a vast open area of land of green lawns, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, recreation areas, vibrant landscaping, and trampolines. This area is at the pinnacle of the park and consists a swimming lake on Ashland Creek, which is quite trendy during the warmer seasons. The curving parkway, trekking paths, an upper lake, a Japanese orchard, and a neatly rucked sycamore meadow are also still there.
