Following is moving along the Imja Valley, next to Imja Glacier, then the trekkers reach Island Peak Base Camp. Next climbing up is very steep,which takes longer hours. There might be a few spare days due to the event of bad weather. However,the trek continues to step down to Imja Valley. The trek follows up the wide bottom of the valley in the direction of Dugla. The route is along rocky slabs that access the glacier. The summit is Lobuje East. Descending from there rest for a day or two. The next trek is tough and long,to reach Ngozumpa glacier, the largest in Nepal. Night stay is at Dragnag.
