Amiakhum is a beautiful waterfall of our country. We had a magical experience there. This waterfall is located deep within the hills. The waterfall is basically a huge cascade that falls into a different level of the river. It is really worth it staying there overnight if you have a moon up ahead of you. If you have passion for waterfalls and trekking, it's recommended for you.

We travelled to Amiakhum from Nafakhum. We had to walk most of the path. The trek started from Thanchi, then Boarding para and then Simplampi para. From Simplampi Para you can summit Tajindong. After reaching Simplampi Para we had to climb down to Thandui Para. We passed one more hill to reach Bollong para. We started journey early in morning from Bollong para and visited Nakion Muk as well. From there, you have to make a Bamboo Raft to reach Amiakhum.
