Ham cascade is frequently considered as the most difficult to-arrive at cascade in Sylhet Division. The path to the cascade begins at Kolabpara which is generally around 3-4 kilometers from the cascade. The waterfall looks great and peaceful at the same time. A must-visit.

EditIt was discovered in late 2010 by a group of tourists wandering in the remote jungle with tourist guide Shyamal Deva Barma.
EditTo reach Hum Hum Waterfall, you have to trek 3-4 hours through the muddy paths and jungle. When you travel through the jungle, you surely can find the unlimited beauty created by the God. Leeches are waiting there eagerly for you and the worst thing is, you cannot escape from them.
EditWhile trekking, you will find jhiri path which is full of water and stones. You need to pass the path very carefully. Please do not spend much time to see the beauty of waterfall or for bathing because if it is getting dark, you need to struggle a lot. However, it is surely be advisable to go Hum Hum with a team rather individually.

It was a cool outing. We began with a CNG from Sreemangal, 1500 Taka to and fro to the last town from which we began climbing. From that point, it was around 2 - 2.5 long periods of climbing through the rainforest to get to the falls. I'd recommend you to go as ahead of schedule as could be expected if you need to appreciate peaceful quietness at the murmur falls.

It required 2 hours to reach Hum place. Before begin to walk we have taken a few arrangements... We have taken water and dates. Dates regularly contain energy and sugar which assists with keeping the walk proceeding. It was 02 hours excursion to arrive at the waterfall and 02 hours to back. Since there is no food shop/eatery close to Hum aside from Hum café. That is the reason we had provided lunch requests before the start. It was great
