This is the origination of incredible Bengali writer Michael Modhushudôn Dutta. He is renowned for his Bengali sonet. His origin is currently an exhibition hall showing his life history. The Kopotakkho River where the writer sits and composes his most sonnets is near his residence. But the exhibition hall is in terrible shape because of helpless upkeep.

The spot is arranged close to the bank of Kushiara stream in Sunamganj District. It is at Pailgaon Union under Jagannathpur Upazila. History of this spot: Thousand years prior, decedents of the Pal Dynasty lived here. As time goes, the "Das" family had their spot. Pir Mohammad Badsha (Muslim Rulers) gave them the title – "Chowdhury". Slam and Sreeram were two relatives of this bloodline
