This place become muddy in rainy season. So you won't be comfortable here then. Though winter weather will give you comfort, but you won't find greenery then. We were soaked with summer heat, but the nature looked good. This place is not recommended for the elderly as they cannot walk for long. It will take 2-3 days if you wanna see and understand every stuffs.

There is a minimum entry fee of only tk 10 per person. Visitors are requested to be out of the park before dark. There are street hawkers everywhere. One needs a good pair of shoes to walk around the garden because it's vast.Though there are shelters but they are so dirty. On weekends, the park is flooded with people. April to September are the best season to enjoy the beauty of the park when the trees remain green. In winter, though the weather is comfortable, but it does not stay green.

I'm don't like walking very much. But while i was in the Botanical garden, I walked for almost 2 hours enjoying the scenic beauty, that's why I didn’t get tired, rather I enjoyed the walking a lot. The greenery & the chirping around me kept me energized. It is a good place if you want a short escape from this noisy city.
