Dhadimagi Kilhi, one of the two freshwater lakes of Maldives,is located in Fuvahmulah Atoll. It is one of the most visited lakes because of it's calm water and picturesque lush green beauty around. The water of the lake is crystal clear and a great attraction for the tourists who enjoy swimming. The surrounding of the lake is enriched with flora and fauna. Wide variety of birds and insects and butterflies can be spotted in the wetland area. Most of the trees and shrubs found near the lake are unique to this place. The mesmerizing beauty of this place attracts tourists from all around the world.

The depth of the lake is 4 to 5 feet. The lake water is calm and there is no wave,which offers an amazing swimming experience for the travellers. The water is rich in minerals and used for medicinal purposes. There is option for many water activities like peddle boating, canoe riding and diving. There is a boardwalk in the wetland area from where a panoramic view of the island can be enjoyed. Several barbeque spots are available to book for the tourists. The place has been declared as protected area by government.
